As Director of Grainwise and FM & Sons Haulage, Mandi brings a strategic and customer-focused perspective to both businesses. She is passionate about ensuring Grainwise continues to be the first choice for growers and buyers by delivering exceptional service, trusted advice and strong commercial outcomes.

For her, one of the most rewarding aspects of leadership is seeing people grow professionally while contributing to the success of the business.

Beyond her business interests, Mandi is deeply invested in the communities in which she lives and works. She actively contributes to a range of local sporting and community organisations and is passionate about projects that strengthen regional communities for future generations. Most notably, she currently serves as Project Sponsor for the Gol Gol Preschool Expansion Project, helping deliver significant new early learning infrastructure for local families.
