Since joining the business in 2023, Alice has become an integral part of the Grainwise and FM & Sons team, bringing a strong background in logistics management, exceptional organisational skills and a genuine commitment to customer service. She works closely with clients to coordinate grower-owned truck bookings across fleets of all sizes, ensuring deliveries are scheduled efficiently, communication is clear and contracts are executed seamlessly.

For clients requiring external transport, Alice also coordinates reliable freight solutions through FM & Sons Haulage. By understanding each customer’s delivery requirements, she helps align freight capacity with contract commitments, creating a seamless connection between grain marketing and transport.

With extensive industry experience, complemented by a Double Diploma in Logistics and Leadership & Management, Alice combines professional logistics expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Her strong understanding of transport planning, supply chain coordination and customer service enables her to deliver reliable outcomes while keeping freight moving safely and efficiently.
